Payments & Fees

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting time, and mentorship access:

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once:

A session has been booked

Time has been reserved on your behalf

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Scheduling & Attendance

Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

Rescheduling requests should be made in advance

Resell Connections reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.

Mentorship Access & Use

If you purchase a mentorship program, you agree that:

Content, strategies, and materials may not be shared, resold, or distributed

Recording sessions without written permission is prohibited

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through consultations, mentorships, or the website — including:

Frameworks

Strategies

Documents

Training materials

remain the intellectual property of Resell Connections and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:

Acts disrespectfully or abusively

Violates these Terms

Misuses provided information

Engages in unethical or illegal behavior

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

Limitation of Liability
